How to Live Without Fear, Navy Seal Style

There are times in life when you fall down and you think you don’t have the strength to get up.
Its hard. But deep down inside you actually do have what it takes to get back up.
Your Dreams. Your Passions. Your Family. Your Friends.
Those are the reasons to get back up on one knee and then wobble back to a standing position.  It ain’t over yet.
Go live your life without fear, because fear is what holds us back from our dreams.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
Playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
